This fast find is found at Forever 21 for under 50. The outfit is elegant but casual at the same time. The summer dress with matching cardigan will look great as your strolling down the boardwalk. I decided to put this outfit together with inspiration from Selena Gomez's look on Wizard of Waverly place. The bright colors displayed in this outfit match Alex's' wardrobe in many ways. This also can be displayed as a "Harper look," just add more accessories. I have added no shoes, due to the fact that any color coordinated flip-flop will work with this outfit. Its your choice.
